Best Music Tweets of 2016
2016 has been a rough year. We lost Prince, Bowie, Leonard Cohen, CMJ, Vine, Hiddleswift and the presidential election. With Thanksgiving closing in and December not far behind, at least we can soon say it’s all in the past. But 2016 wasn’t all bad was it? There had to have been some good things that happened, right? Like, we got finally that Frank Ocean album, and then there was the Schwimmerssance. Both good things. What else? Uh. The world didn’t end when Apple pulled the earphone jack. Brand New didn’t break up…yet. Stranger Things met expectations. See. Good things happened too. Here’s more proof. Eighteen tweets from the music community that prove 2016 wasn’t just a fever dream wrapped in a nightmare that you woke from in a cold sweat.
